Lovely hotel in a beautiful location with well-maintained accommodations. We had a great check-in and check-out experience, thanks to the friendly and kind receptionist. The hotel is surrounded by stunning mountains and offers hiking trails. The dinner in the restaurant was perfect, and we enjoyed the great selection of green tea. I highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and enjoyable stay.

Pool was lovely. Food was great. Comfortable beds and relaxing lounge area with games.
Most of the staff were super kind and helpful but one of the waiters that served us at dinner was quite rude and patronizing to our son who was very tired and hungry and had waited nearly 2 hours past his usual dinner time to eat. We allowed him to use the iPad whilst waiting to keep him calm and the waiter took offense to that and was rude to my son which confused him. Just an unnecessary moment in an otherwise lovely stay. Perhaps an earlier meal time for families would be a nice idea.

The hotel is located in the breathtaking Chamonix Valley, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. the service provided by the maitre d' in the restaurant was exceptional, although additional staff assistance would have been appreciated. the breakfast was delicious and the facilities, such as the sauna, hot tub, and pool, added to the overall convenience and relaxation of the stay.
One area of improvement would be the lack of sitting places in the common area, making it difficult to find a calm spot for relaxation.

The staff is very helpful and will make their very best to ensure you have a nice stay. The decoration is very cozy and the breakfast great.
The hotel is quite far away from anything including the Lavancher bus stop so I would not recommend it to travelers without own car.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Surrounded by beautiful pine trees in a serene area, yet still very close to everything. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and outdoor jacuzzi, were clean and enjoyable. Additionally, breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.
Absolutely nothing.

The hotel was decorated nicely for Christmas with lights and decorations. The indoor swimming pool was warm and inviting and the outdoor jacuzzi had a beautiful view of the mountains. The location was great, with easy access to the city and ski slopes. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile.
The room we stayed in was cramped and uncomfortable. We could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway throughout the night.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is terrific, nestled among beautiful pine trees just outside the city. The village of Le Lavancher offers stunning alpine views, with Grands Montets and Le Tour in sight. Being halfway between Chamonix and Argentiere, it was a quick 5-minute drive to the downtown area, which was a real plus. The staff here proved to be customer-oriented, providing excellent service from room service to housekeeping. They were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel amenities are top-notch, with everything from an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi to a spa and wellness center. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace and taking advantage of the beauty treatments available. this place exceeded our expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
If you're looking for a fantastic getaway, we highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at Hotel Le Jeu De Paume for a weekend getaway. The location is stunning, with a beautiful view of the valley from our cozy chalet. The common areas were inviting and we enjoyed playing pool. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, especially the person at the reception who helped us arrange airport transfer. The hotel is nestled in a peaceful area, away from the city, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised when they gave us a room with a balcony for our puppy without any extra charges. The restaurant served delicious dinner and we loved the outdoor jacuzzi in the garden. Highly recommended for a beautiful and relaxing stay!
We recommend this hotel.
